Mystika provides digital tarot reading services, horoscope information, and educational content about tarot cards and spiritual practices.
- Online tarot card readings (Yes/No, Daily, Love, Celtic Cross)

- Educational content about tarot cards and their meanings
- Personalized spiritual guidance based on birth data

4. User Accounts
To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

5. Subscriptions and Payments
Pricing
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
Please note: If you have already used the digital service or explicitly consented to immediate performance, you may lose your right of withdrawal.
7. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mystika and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Use the service for any commercial purpose without authorization
- Transmit any malicious code or interfere with the service
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mystika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Your continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. AI-Generated Content
Mystika uses artificial intelligence technology to generate personalized tarot readings, horoscope interpretations, and birth chart analyses. These AI-generated interpretations are based on traditional tarot symbolism, astrological principles, and qabbalistic wisdom. While we strive for accuracy and meaningful insights, AI-generated content should be understood as one perspective among many and is provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.
13. Tarot Card Imagery
The tarot card images displayed on Mystika are from the Rider-Waite-Smith Tarot deck (originally published in 1909) and the Tarot de Marseille (with origins dating to the 15th century). Both decks are in the public domain. We use these traditional images to honor the rich history and symbolism of the tarot tradition.
